前几天spaceberg续费的时候看到了邮件里的账单,我直接付款了,然后paypal还有一个自动扣款,他又扣了一遍
刚付完款,第二天spaceberg说被清退了
现在退款的时候,spaceberg发邮件说
“By associating your card, or your PayPal account as a payment method, you allow us to charge outstanding bills to your account. You're responsible to cancel your subscription in time. We reserve the right to apply the paid amount as a credit to your account and refuse to refund them to the paid method.”
“将您的银行卡或 PayPal 账户作为付款方式,即表示您允许我们将未付账单记入您的账户。您有责任及时取消订阅。我们保留将已付款项作为贷项记入您账户的权利,并拒绝向已付款方式退款。”

关于paypal争议后的spaceberg的回复
As you opened PayPal claim process, no refund will be issued. Email have been sent to each customer regarding this matter and how to proceed. We gave 2 options from 1 of them is refund. We can see that you've opened a ticket regarding refund and our billing department has answered you. You ignored that, opened a PayPal claim process, which means that you've broken our ToS. As stated, no refund will be issued now and your account will be locked shortly as per our ToS.
