current status time 10:19 pm Sunday, 13 January 2019 (GMT-8) Time in Los Angeles, CA, USA All our affected nodes online right now but occasional packet loss can be seen , we will for our daytime staff to look at Monday day time tomorrow .
If your vps is still offline , please reboot it
We are getting targetted ddos attacks last 24 hours, we are working on mitigating it . Please do not open tickets right now as it causes uncessary loads at we are aware of the problem and working on a solution.
We will post more updates once the issue is resolved which will be taking longer than usual
cause : Primary investigation shows ddos but it may not be only cause . We will update more once we get more information from DC technicians
