We already were using AS4134 for inbound and AS4837 for outbound previously because AS4134 has lower latency inbound - the latency would have been even higher with AS4837 inbound as well. AS4837 may just be less congested than before now, possibly initially due to people stopping using AS4387 temporarily like we did therefore the congestion is reduced when its performance was restored - it may degrade slightly over time as more hosting providers start using AS4837 again.

看他恢复意思可能是说因为他们优先恢复了4837什么的，当别人都这样搞的时候4134好像不行还是啥的

他的意思以后其它厂商也调回4837以后可能表现会稍微变差，因为之前4837出问题，很多人都不用4837了
