According to the test results, the IP address is currently on a block list. While the IP is on any major block list, the VPS stays fully operational. However you will not be able to migrate the VPS to a different datacenter until the block is removed.
NOTE: This test may not be very accurate during peak usage hours in China. We recommend re-trying this test 2-3 times at different time of day before making final conclusion.
Note on IP change policy: officially we do not allow any changes for blocked IPs, free or paid. Our Terms of Services have always been very clear on this.
As a courtesy we currently offer paid IP changes. If you are interested in this service, please contact our support desk to find out how to proceed with the IP change. Please note that we do not encourage you to use this optional service, as usually 高墙 block is cleared by itself (though according to our observations it may take few days to few months, depending on the cause of blocking).
